All projects are scoped during a discovery call and documented in a written proposal. The proposal defines deliverables, timeline, and pricing. Any work outside the agreed scope constitutes a change request and will be quoted separately before proceeding.
A 50% deposit is required to begin work on any project. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final delivery and deployment. Payments are processed via Razorpay. All prices are quoted in INR unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Timelines provided in proposals are estimates based on the agreed scope. Delays caused by late feedback, missing assets, or scope changes from the client may extend the timeline. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.
The client is responsible for providing all necessary content, brand assets, credentials, and feedback within the agreed timeframes. Failure to provide required materials may delay the project and is not grounds for a refund.
Upon full payment, the client owns all custom code, designs, and assets created for their project. Third-party licenses (fonts, plugins, stock imagery) remain subject to their respective terms. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Each project phase includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be quoted at our standard hourly rate.
The initial deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled after the deposit is paid, the client will be invoiced for work completed to date. Unused portions of the deposit may be credited toward future work at our discretion.
Support periods are defined per package (e.g., 3 months for Premium websites, 6 months for Full Product apps). Support covers bug fixes and minor adjustments. New features or significant changes are scoped as separate projects.
We may recommend or set up third-party hosting, payment gateways, or other services. The client is responsible for their own accounts, billing, and compliance with those services' terms.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue or data loss.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project. This includes business strategies, technical implementations, and financial details.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
